A center of transformation, healing, and wellness, Kuya’s commitment to “whole human care” is where one may retreat from the outside world and connect with the internal. Kuya is where science meets the Soul. It was created to stand as a lighthouse of community in Austin, Texas and be the heartbeat of healing and beyond.

Thoughtful design principles, color palettes, and materials were chosen to uphold the integrity of the transformational medicine that Kuya provides: integrative psychiatry, psychedelic-assisted therapy, neuroscience, regenerative medicine, functional medicine, and life design. The shared spaces are set up to be social, community-driven, convenient for co-working, geared towards gathering, and encourage connection with self and all.

Murals are situated throughout to enhance and elevate the senses, one of which was commissioned by the well-known street artist Chor Boogie and illustrates what Kuya means... LOVE. A medicinal Himalayan salt wall sits in the heart of the space and spans almost thirty linear feet, emanating healing vibrations far and wide. A grandiose live green wall and hanging planters in varying sizes feels like you’re in the middle of the jungle. Oversized crystals are sprinkled about along with other earthly elements to encourage comfort, groundedness, and a closer connection to your spirituality.

The float tanks, sauna, cold plunge, and IV infusions add another dimension to healing in this space as do the plant-based remedies, teas, and elixirs that are served at the Tea + Tonic Bar. Kuya is nothing short of a transcendent paradise, we designed everything with the idea of allowing one to relax, heal, and integrate through expansion, purification, breathing, grounding, and igniting
