KIM MARTIN-WOOD
Chief Operations Officer
Kim’s diverse background offers a unique perspective; she was born and raised in small-town Iowa where she grew up on the family farm and found her way to Industrial Engineering with a Fortune 500 company. Throughout her profession, she's expanded her skill set in the business and operations field with involvement at every level, resulting in over 23 years of leadership experience in a variety of industries, most notably the hospitality field in Las Vegas. As Executive Director of Operations, Kim played a fundamental role in $150+ million annual grossing revenue with financial management, assisting with marketing execution, and creating advanced operational materials for teams of up to hundreds of people.
JOLYNN HANSEN
Designer - Artist - Creative
Jolynn achieved her Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design from the Art Institute of Las Vegas and recently earned her Master of Science in Interior Architecture from Boston Architectural College. Finding her passion at a young age, Jolynn exhibits a keen eye for detail that lends itself to every aspect of your project. She brings forth a wealth of knowledge and impeccable taste from her background in custom cabinetry, luxury finishes, and high end retail.
LISA LEE
Chief Creative Officer
Designing locally and beyond, Lisa has consulted on and managed transformations at every level. Her creative experience, style consultations, and flare for décor is inspired by traveling to history-rich cities all across the globe. Collaborating with the industry's finest design professionals has led Lisa to build this team of creatives to complete any and all artistic endeavors with a vibrant aesthetic and polished point of view. With a 5 star hospitality background, it's no surprise that Lisa established and has been operating an award winning design firm since 2012 (Lisa Escobar Design​). With press and media accolades aplenty, she and the team continue to garner attention from the design industry.
HANNAH NELSON
Designer - Techie - Creative
With her Bachelor's Degree in Art in Architecture and a minor in Tourism and Travel from Clemson University, Hannah is an irreplaceable asset to our studio in many ways. Experience interning with Walt Disney World Interior Design, history in creation through graphics and web development, and time spent with an art gallery, she checks all of the boxes of artistic talent, design taste, professionalism, enthusiasm, drive, and work ethic.
JULIE ZANELLA
Designer - DIYer - Creative
With experience focused in hospitality and multi-family commercial design, Julie holds NCIDQ certification in addition to a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design from La Roche University. Interior design is the best of all worlds to Julie, she loves brainstorming the opportunities and possibilities at the beginning of the project, the challenge and logic of space planning, budgeting selections during the process, and the inherent creativity that comes along with creating the design.
AUSTRIE MESSER
Designer - Florist - Creative
Austrie earned her Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design from Brigham Young University- Idaho. She was an integral part of growing our collective for six years, she now works with a prominent builder in Utah. Today we rely on Austrie's floral design experience and a variety of artistic projects, her trained eye and knack for design allows her to achieve an individualized and curated look for every one of our clients.
DEBBIE AMOSA
Artist - Mother - Creative
Debbie is our in-house artist for a variety of custom commissions. She's been creating and painting her whole life. Debbie has traveled with our team to complete custom wallpaper, furniture painting, faux finishes, and large format murals. Inspired by everything wild in nature, she has a moody, yet whimsical style. Debbie's custom painted leather jackets have been featured in national magazines and websites.
MARY JENSEN
Controller
Mary works alongside our team of creatives to keep budgets on point and our clients up to date on all monetary matters. She has established, monitored, and guided financial decisions for our team since the start of 2017. Mary brings over 20 years of professional experience in financial activities; her supportive role keeps us on the up and up.
